Like this. Just a rough example of how you could do it. It's not perfect because you have to click on the box, but if you played around with it a bit longer you could make the round icon as well and set it to trigger the mocked up box to disappear when that was clicked instead.

Mock one up so that it looks like it's open but isn't really.
No- because I want a normal clickable one- so that the user can minimize it
