Markers not functioning at all

Hi everyone,

I am attempting to use markers on a course. Here is a screen shot of what I see. I have tried on every screen in this course and none work. I have opened other courses and it works as designed. I also rebooted my application and then my system. Before I recreated this whole course, I would like to know why this happened so it doesn't recur. That is, unless you have better ideas (FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!

Hello Melanie!

Thank you for providing a screenshot of what you see on your end! I have two recommendations for you:

When you see this kind of erratic behavior, a quick repair of Storyline 360 should do the trick!
If it doesn't, I'd recommend importing this project into a new project. After doing this, open the Markers list and see if it displays properly.

If neither of these does the trick, then we'll want our Support Engineers to step in. You can reach them by submitting a support case.
