Markers On One Page Not Editable

Hello all!

I am working in Storyline and I noticed on one of my slides where I had markers, I suddenly cannot click on them in edit mode to change the text of the bubbles. I mean, I can click on them and it selects them, but the bubble with the text doesn't show up for me.

When I preview the slide, the markers work fine. I've even tried adding new ones in case something just wasn't right with the old ones, but no luck.

I have also checked to make sure that they are visible on the layer and all that.

Any ideas, or is this a possible glitch? It's only happening on one slide - I have markers on multiple other slides that are all still working.
