Massive Conversion Project in Need of Automation

Hello all,

I work in a large organization that is currently shifting between two different e-Learning platforms.  We are shifting over 500 courses that have been created and developed over the last 10+ years.  

By the nature of the legacy system, the post tests for the courses need to be exported separately and they are being exported as excel files.  We can import them into Articulate to turn them into SCORM files but it is taking a lot of time with each course.  With a few exceptions, we need to mark each question to NOT randomize the answers, set the completion % for the test, add a title page with generic instructions and the passing score needed, and to set the attempt limit.  Can this be automated in some way? It is taking us a long time to do this manually.  Thanks!
