Massive numbers of quiz questions and organization

Greetings,

On the quizzes can I do the following:
a) house 10,000 multiple choice questions?
b) group the questions into categories and sub-categories and specify difficulty levels and let
users select which categories and diffculty level they want (and then pull

that those categories and difficulty levels randomize them?

I'm currently using Javascript and xml to pull in the question sets just curious if

I can do groupings like that in Storyline.
