Hi, Jennifer: If you are in Slide View, you will be able to select a layout on your quiz slide by going just off-screen and right-clicking and then selecting your layout from the layouts you have created up in Slide Master.
Of course, you might find yourself creating a bespoke Feedback Master as well.
Daniel - thanks for the note but..... I would like this to be the default. In other words, right from insert the quiz, I want the background and title fonts to match my master. To me this is another step that could be forgotten by the designers.

If, when you format the Master Slide you select "Apply to all", the background and fonts should carry over to your quiz.
