Master slides Timeline does not affect slides.

Dear Articulate community

i have a problem with my Masterlayer Timeline.
The Master setting looks like this:

But when i apply the Master to a layer, i get this result:

The text fields are set to full time, instead of 15 seconds.

What am i doing wrong?
