I have a client that is having issues with the SCORM 1.2 course created in Storyline 360. Their course is using number of slides viewed as the course completion. On their end it shows completed by the score as 0 on their LMS. Any way to change it so it shows 100?
I'd recommend choosing Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed. These options are most likely to record both completion and success statuses in your LMS.
Try switching to one of those reporting options, then republish your file. Test the output in your LMS again, and let me know if you see an improvement!
I'm having a similar problem with a course originally done in Storyline 2. A recent update done in 360 now allows the user to take the course, generates a certificate of completion from the LMS, but still shows as an assignment that needs to be done. Our protocol for publishing to SumTotal has always been to use Completed/Incomplete.
