I would like to transform this table into a "Matching Drop-Down".
Is it possible ?

Perhaps you've already figures this out. It's been quite some time since you posted. Did you check out the Matching Drop-downs for Graded Quizzes?

Insert >New Slide. Select Quizzing on the left. Click the Graded quizzes tab. Choose Matching drop-down.
