If what you are displaying is in HTML5, you should first clear your cache and check it again, if it persists, contact Support by opening a ticket.

If your issue is in Flash, and you have published an update - overwriting your original files, this is a LMS Session issue and you will need to clear the users Session data. as well as their cache.
