Whenever I capture to set resolution and insert into articulate, the video gets reformatted to fit a 4:3 screen resolution, yet the capture was wide screen. This is leaving black bars top and bottom. How can I get my video to be full size?
Great question! To ensure your screencast fills the entire slide, be sure the size of your recording window matches your slide size. Once you know your slide size, adjust the size of the recording area by dragging the sizing handles on the dashed outline or using the drop-down list on the control bar to select preset dimensions.
