We have an HTML5 project that scales as learners use different devices, resolutions, and browser sizes—all good so far. However, we want to set a max size that the project will scale up to; for our purposes, this max size is the native size the course was built at. In other words, we want a project that responsively scales down, but doesn't scale up if someone's on a large monitor / high resolution. Does anyone know how to do this?
The modern player always completely fills the learner’s browser, leaving no white space around the player. That means if they have a widescreen monitor with the browser open fullscreen, they may see extra space on either side of the slide.
It sounds like you'd prefer to have the option to "Lock player at optimal size" with the modern player. I'll pass this along to our product team, and if this option is added in the future, we'll let you know. 😁
Thank you, would love to see it added to the product.
However, in the meantime this should also be possible by editing the published files to add max-height. I'm just unsure where exactly I need to put it and am happy to keep experimenting, but if someone's already figured this out I'd love to know.
