Is there anyway to ensure that learners watch the whole of a video inserted into Storyline from a website before they progress through the rest of the course?
I tried doing it using the timeline but, if the viewer pauses the video, this gives an inaccurate result.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to measure that they've watched the entire video. If you have the video on the slide, you could cover it with a transparent shape so that they couldn't click on it to pause it though - that would allow you to use the timeline to determine how long they should be on that slide for.

Hi Leanne,

In addition to Ashley's suggestion, you could disable the Next button so they can't progress.
Hi Ashley and Wendy,
thanks for your great responses.
I need to give the learners the ability to pause the course if necessary but, these are great options for future courses. Thanks again.
