media completes issue

Hi,
We have encountered a problem where a trigger "media completes" on a video not always
triggers the required "next page" action. The presentation is then stuck on that page. A trigger "when user presses key" was added for development purposes and with that trigger implemented it is possible to navigate to the next page, but the page should load automatically without user interaction.
It only happens now and then, but we get reports of courses being stuck after the
video from various system configurations (all desktop, flash player, no html
mobile). OS is Vista and Windows 7 (both have encountered the problem) and all pc's have the latest Flash player installed.
The main issue is that it can't be reproduced on demand and we have no idea what could be causing it.
Any suggestions on how to solve this? Or people who can confirm this happening?

Is the only trigger present to advance the user to the next slide to "jump to next slide when the media X completes"? Have you looked at the individual slide properties to see if it's set to advance by user or automatically? You can read more about the individual slide property settings here. If you're still experiencing some difficulty, can you tell us more about where you're hosting your course or share a copy of the .story file?
