Media Library Photos Missing

Hello,

My company recently tightened its online security and now many of the photos in my media library searches are missing, replaced by the exclamation mark in triangle icon.

In the community here I previously found the following table of URLs to whitelist:

Security says the highlighted URL comes back invalid. Is there a more recent white list?

Also, could something else be going on here?

Hi Allen,

Good day! The list of URLs for whitelisting that you've indicated is still updated. You may check Articulate-360 Network Endpoints documentation for comparison. Lastly, kindly ensure that port 443 is open from your company's network firewall.

You may also bookmark these URLs so you can double-check status of each Articulate Services (inlcuding Content Library): 

As of writing, Content Library is operational and accessible.
