I have a slide that has different layers, the base layer has a media but ther is a trigger that stops the media when visiting the layers, the problem when the layer is closed to come back to the base layer again the media plays. The media is not needed to be played when revisit the base layer. Could anyway show me the way to stop the media when revisiting the base layer.
You can use a variable to track when the media plays first time and then set a trigger to stop media when timeline starts on condition that the variable = true
Sometimes I put the media on a layer and then set the layer to play when the slide launches. If the person goes to another layer it should turn off the audio and shouldn't come back on unless the person reloads the slide.
If you want to prevent that, then you can do like Wendy suggests and use a variable to track when to play it or not.
