Memory error with Powerpoint import

Hello everybody,
I'm working from home today, so unfortunately I do not have the screenshot of the error. But yesterday, I updated both my Microsoft Office 365 and Storyline 360 and am now unable to import Powerpoint files into Storyline. I get an error message from Storyline that points to troubleshooting tips, and in Powerpoint there is an error about a lack of memory. I tried most of the troubleshooting tips, and I can confirm that there is enough hard drive space on my computer; in terms of RAM, I am fairly confident that my machine has adequate memory.
Any tips I can try before resorting to Powerpoint or IT support?

Thanks for contacting us and sharing the error that you are running into when importing PowerPoint.
It sounds like you've already done a bit of troubleshooting, so I've opened a support case on your behalf for you to work directly with a support engineer.
You should be hearing from someone soon.
I had a similar issue last week and repairing Office 365 solved it. There's a bit at the bottom of the troubleshooting tips webpage about this.
