I also answered your other discussion here, and I wanted to point out it looks like you may have two Articulate IDs too. If you need help cleaning up those accounts, please connect with our Support Team

From your second image, it also looks like you have the Resources tab selected, even that doesn't show in the player set up. I'd look into Michael's suggestion, but if you still don't spot anything amiss, it would help us troubleshoot further to take a look at your .story file. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. 

I’ll delete it when I’m done troubleshooting.
