Menu bug with Storyline 4 update on iOS7 Safari

Hello All,
We have published over 100 courses for mobile playback (Safari), and today experienced an issue with our first publish using Storyline with the most recent updates. The menu on the left goes anywhere from only showing the current slide title, to showing the entire menu structure, and seemingly at random. Has anyone else experienced this?
To preempt some possible feedback:
No, we don't use and will not use the Articulate Mobile App (our customer refuses to force it's customers to download the app)
Testing shows that all 100+ previous courses (all published with the Storyline 3 update) work perfectly with regard to this issue
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Latte and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! First of all, let's be sure that you are on the most up-to-date version as we actually had an update to Update 4.
We do have the most recent (or second) update. Or IT staff stays up to date, particularly on Storyline as it is our primary dev program.
