Thanks Melissa for reaching out here and sharing your images and .story file. This is an issue that we have reported to our Quality Assurance team. It seems to occur when you remove tabs from particular slides and then they reappear later in the course it jumbles the set up - so the current work around is to include them all throughout the course. Once we have additional information to share we'll update the thread here to let you know but I cannot offer a timeframe, so in the meantime please look at including them all throughout the course as a workaround.
