You actually can, but you would have to go into the frame.xml file and manually modify the parameters there. The parameter would b be <option name="flow" value="free" /> and you would change "free" to "restricted" or "locked". I give pretty detailed instructions on how to do that here.

Modification of the published output is not supported by Articulate.
