I have a course that suddenly needs 508 accessibility before the client will sign off on it. While testing the TAB order it was noticed the Menu was inaccessible. We are including the Menu as a drop down link on the upper left rather than a standard Sidebar. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so how was it solved (or not)
Hi, Randall -- Thanks for reaching out here! Would it be possible for you to share your file so that others might be able to offer some suggestions for you to try?
Here is a sample. the Menu link in the Top Left title bar is inconsistent. Occasionally the TAB key will access but it most most times it skips over it.
sorry its so ridiculously big. Its only 3 slides long but it was taken from a course with multiple screen recordings and SL stinks at cleaning that stuff out.
Hi, Randall -- Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately after I unzip what you have uploaded, I am not able to locate just the .story file to open it for testing. Would it be possible for you to try once more?
Here it is again. The TAB key does select the Menu link on the first slide but not on any of the others. If the Menu is already open (by mouse click) then tabbing will select it.
File received, and able to be opened, Randall! I'll take a look shortly and will be in touch with my findings as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated! :)
Hi, Randall -- Yes, I am seeing the same behavior where I am able to tab to the Menu on slide 1 but not on the others. I think it might be a good idea to have our engineers check this out a bit further and offer their insights, so I will go ahead and set you up in a case momentarily. A member of the team will be in touch shortly thereafter.

Hi Randall
if you create a new project file and import the slides in it reduces the size
Or Articulate could program their application to actually delete items from the archive when the user deletes them . :|
Just offering you a workaround in the meantime
