Menu not showing for all users

Not sure if anyone might have some insight to this as it appears to be an individual pc issue.

We use the menu in the player and have it at the top left as a drop down. For some users it appears only as the scroll arrows with only one line of text able to be viewed, and limited number of characters (4). We use Storyline2 and publish to include HTML.

This does not affect all users; but I have not found the common thread to tie the affected users together.

Has anyone seen this before?

Hi Katrina,

Sorry this is happening! What environment are you publishing for and where are your users accessing the course from? If they're accessing the course from a local or network drive, they may see some irregularities. You'll want to make sure they're viewing the course in it's intended environment. For instance, if you publish for web then you'll want to upload the published output to a web environment to share it with your users.

If this is happening while viewing the content in it's intended environment, could you share your project file for us to do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to this thread. Thanks!
