Menu not working in AMP

When accessing the course through the AMP, I cannot tap the titles in the menu and navigate to each slide. I have the navigation set to restricted, but I cannot return to previously viewed slides via the menu (I must use the previous button). The menu responds to tapping to expand or collapse scenes, but not to navigate.

Also, although I have checked the box to allow downloading of content for offline viewing, I don't get that option when selecting the course from within the player.

I'm deploying it on SCORM cloud and accessing it via iPad.

Why can't I click slide titles to navigate, and how do I download content for offline viewing?
