You can actually adjust the way the Menu is being displayed.
One way to resolve your concern is to delete the Menu items related to your quiz. Another way is to restrict menu navigation the way you see fit.
To delete Menu items, you can go to the Publish area of the ribbon, and click Player. Once the Player Properties open, you can go to Menu properties then delete the menu item/s related to the quiz to prevent user navigation to these slides.
