Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but when I publish a SCORM package and upload it to my CLS the Menus at the top of the page disappear behind the URL address bar. It displays perfectly in the preview and displays differently for different browsers.
Hi Rhys, thanks for the screenshot! Does this also happen if you test the package in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the .story file to us to take a peek.
Thanks for sharing your file. It looks like the player menu in your file is slightly different than the one in your original screenshot. Here's what I'm seeing:
This is what I see when I click on the link you sent me. This was different file to the Screenshots but getting the same issue with any published package
Chrome
Internet Explorer
Edge
The strange thing is that when I make the browser smaller and refresh the page all the display correctly, but if you increase the browser to full view and go to another page the tabs disappear again.
This is a real puzzle we've got here. I've enlisted the help of some colleagues to test the SCORM CLOUD link, and some of them are seeing the same problem you're seeing--all tabs are missing except for "Resources". Strange thing is, we're all using the same operating system and browser version.
As a next step, I'm going to have our quality assurance team take a closer look. I'd like to give them as many details as possible about your set up, specifically:
This is a really strange one. The tabs are all there but seem to pushed off the page, if your colleagues make their browser page smaller and refresh they will see all the tabs but if you enlarge the browser again and refresh they disappear again.
What Windows operating system (OS) are you using? Windows 10 Pro Are you on the latest update of that OS? OS Build 14393.1480 What version of Edge are you using? Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for getting back to me. I've uploaded the SCORM into SCORM Cloud and getting the same behaviour.
The project previews perfectly but once published, 5 of the tabs at the top of the page go behind the URL address bar.
I've attached the .story file for you to have a look at.
Thanks for your help.
You get different behaviour in different versions of the browsers:
SCORM displays correctly in these Browser Versions:
Chrome: 57.0.2987.98
IE: 11.1480.14393.0
SCORM does not display correctly in these Browser Versions:
Chrome: 59.0.3071.115
IE: 11.0.9600.18698
Not Sure if this will help.

Could you click this link to open the course in SCORM Cloud and send me screenshots of what you see? Keep in mind I shortened the course for testing purposes, so you won't see all the slides there.

Hm, that's so odd. Could you try clearing your browser cache, then test the SCORM Cloud link again?
I've been clearing my browser cache every time I republish the package. I'm still getting the same issue when I click on the link.
