I have a story project that is being implemented in our our LMS (Moodle). When I look at the project in Storyline I have deselected the menu so it should not appear in the player. However, when I upload the zip to Moodle and launch it within the LMS, the menu is visible. Any idea why this is occurring?
Is there any chance you had a previous version of the course uploaded before you set the menu to hidden? If so, it may just be an issue with cache. You can try clearing your browser's cache and try reloading the course to see if any changes show up.
Have you had the chance to test the content in SCORM Cloud, to see if it might be an issue with the LMS? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
