I have a quiz that works fine on our LMS. When I send it to a client to put on their LMS, they get one of the two pop-up messages:
"The feedback tool is set up incorrectly, you must have a **FB_Active** variable. It should be True if need the tool, false when delivering final."
Or
"The Provide feedback tool will not work until you've added all of the correct variables."
Does anyone know why this would be happening and how I might fix it? Thanks!

Janelle, I'm 100% confident that these aren't messages generated by Storyline.
My guess is that something in the SCORM package is not supported by the client's LMS.
What did you publish the course for (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, Tin Can, etc.)
Do you know what LMS your client is using?
I published in SCORM 2004. They use BVS to host their modules.
The courses I sent them worked just fine. They've only had trouble with the quizzes (and actually the weird thing is the quiz works fine after the user clicks through the error pop-ups).
I wasn't sure that the message was coming from Storyline, but being that there is a feedback tool in Articulate 360, I thought I'd start here and see if anyone else had ever experienced it.
Just wondering if you've ever provided them other course content in SCORM 2004 that worked ok, or if this is the first SCORM content you've provided them.
I'm not familiar with BVS, but it would be nice to know what versions of SCORM it supports.
I published the courses in 2004 and they worked fine. They told me 2004, 1.2. AICC or Tin Can would all work. I was thinking of republishing in 1.2 just to see if it changes anything.
Would be worth a shot... it would probably be my next course of action.
A quick search on any kind of community for BVS turned up nothing.
Yes, I've been searching all over and can't find any explanation either. I'll give 1.2 a try and hope it works! Thanks!
