Hi Storyliners
I have a huge Problem. I build a Quiz in Storyline 2. The quiz questions did not work on mobile devices. And I only use ist for Smartphones. That is why I bought Storyline 3.
I published the quiz as HTML5/fallback Flash. Now the quiz works, BUT my Fonts are totally messed up. I tested it in the SCORM Cloud and everything is fine (Picture 1). As soon as I out it on my LMS I get the messed up Fonts (Picture 2).
I also published the quiz as Flash only. No messed up Fonts, but now the quiz does not work on mobile devices.
Pleas help me! Thanks for your Responses!

Hi Sarah,
What font did you use? Does the font is also installed on your user's machine? If it is not installed on your user's machine, it will only display a serif based font.
Perhaps using a universal font instead?
Thanks,
Hi Gerald,
Thanks für your Answer. I used Open Sans. I guess this should be okay.
Hi Sarah,
Once it happened with me as well. I tried to paste a clean an un-formatted text in the screen and it worked for me. You can try these below steps to see of this works for you.
Cheers!
Hi Shyam,
Thanks, too for your Response and the step b step instruction. I tried it once and yet again, but still: This is apparently not the mistake. I still get the messed up fonts.
Cheers
Sarah
Hi Sarah!
Back to your original post. You mention that you published to SCORM Cloud and it worked as expected. Was that when viewing on a mobile device as well? If so, you may need to follow up with your LMS team.
My LMS Provider found the solution: OpenOLAT tries to detect a character set automatically. By setting the charset of the SCORM-Module manually to utf-8, the problem is solved :)
Glad that your LMS team was able to help you out Sarah :) I appreciate you popping back in to share with the community as well.
