Method to set window to top when creating a link?

Hi there

When using Articulate Storyline learning objects as LMS packages in my Moodle courses, I have to edit the goodbye.html file in order to provide a direct link back to the Moodle course. I have to add target=top in order for the course page not to display in the same frame as the SCORM package. 

This works fine, but I'd like to be able to have students click a link directly from the SCORM object itself to go right back to the course. The problem is, you can create links to web sites, but I cannot seem to find a way to specify the target. Two questions here:

1) Is there a way to specify target window when creating a link within a Storyline?

2) If I did link back to the course at the end of a Storyline, would it interfere with gradebook reporting in my LMS?
