I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michael Gallagher. He is an E-Learning Hero, in the truest sense of the meaning of the word 'hero'.
He is not only easy to speak with, and highly skilled, but when you combine these and other business characteristics, such as good listening, creative ideas, speedy replies, he becomes the hero we all wish we could be.
