Microsoft Edge Access Violation -- ntdll.dll!RtlValidSid

Has anyone seen this? I have a Storyline 3 course where most of the slides have a text box and a picture on them. One slide has a movie, and from there, when I go to the next slide -- another text box/picture slide, Microsoft Edge crashes with an access violation -- Exception thrown at 0x00007FFE58030278 (ntdll.dll) in MicrosoftEdgeSH.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
Stack looks like:
ntdll.dll!RtlValidSid
ntdll.dll!RtlValidSecurityDescriptor
rpcrt4.dll!ValidateSecurityQOS
Only Edge crashes here. IE is fine, Chrome is fine, and Firefox is fine. Has anyone seen this? Could be an Edge bug, I guess, but not sure.
Thanks

Hello FBS 419,
I can't say I've seen this happen before, so thanks for bringing it up! Is the content hosted on a learning management system or a web server?
It's hosted in a web server, published for tincan. I am running Storyline 3, Update 4: 3.4.15731.0
Hi FBS,
I searched around a bit more for that error message, and couldn't find anything within prior support cases or forum discussions. I also tried searching that error more broadly and didn't find anything specific either.
Typically publishing for Tin Can API would be uploaded to an LMS, are you connecting the web server back to your LMS or LRS?
I'd suggest checking with your IT team or the web server admin to see if they had any ideas.
Well maybe I misunderstood the question. Of course we have our own LMS environment, which runs in any number of places, including the web. Since there are no outstanding cases with this error, I will keep investigating. I will post any information I discover.
