Microsoft edge issues with published course in 360

Apr 06, 2018

I have published courses in 360 in HTLM5 and a couple of my clients have issues viewing in Microsoft Edge.

One of the modules crashes half way through by stopping.  It’s the same module for each client.

Should I publish to include flash as well as HTLM5 or is it a browser issue or could there be an issue with the problem slide build/narration?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Matthew

Thanks for responding quickly.

in answer to your questions.

1. It does crash at consistent point in the module at a particular slide.

2. Yes I have tested it in edge and it crashes for me.

3. I could share the file but wouldn’t want to share publicly. I have never shared before so would need your help here.

4. I am using the latest version of SL360 (April update) The modules were authored in an earlier SL360 update from Jan 2018.

I am reluctant at this stage to delete the slide would republishing the module help do you think?

I am not sure which version of edge the client is using.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Martin
