That looks odd because it doesn't happen to me, maybe it is a DPI issue, may need reporting to support as I don't think that is what most people are seeing.

I tested this in a demo course using three identical shapes but was not able to replicate what your video showed. As Phil mentioned, that is odd behavior and shouldn't be happening when you move a group of shapes.
I would first make sure that you are working on your local hard drive. If your project is being worked on locally, could I have you try these steps in this guide to see if it resolves the issue:
