Our IT dept recently loaded Windows 10 on my computer, but a back up was not performed for user files and I'm also missing any program files for Articulate 360 Teams. How do I re-install this program? I do have a license. Thanks!
Hi Janice, I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. Do you have access to your Articulate 360 Teams site? Do you know your Articulate ID? You can login and redownload software through the Articulate 360 portal, but you might need to reach out to your IT department if they manage your access to Articulate 360 Teams or if you don't have administrative rights on your PC in order to install the software.
