Please see attached image. I have lost the ability to change the player fonts. I have colleagues that are able to change the projects that I have created. Even if I start a new project I am unable to change the font. I have no updates outstanding. Does anyone have any ideas?
I can't seem to reproduce this issue on my end, I'm using the v1.48.24116.0 of Storyline. Would you know what version of SL you have installed? Does rebooting help?

In addition to the troubleshooting Christian shared above, I'm curious about what your Display Settings are currently set for? Here's how you can check:
Right-click your desktop and select Display settings.
Click the Display tab in the upper left corner of the window that appears.
Check setting under Scale and layout (mine is set to 100%).

If the issue persists with the latest version and after doing a reboot, I'd suggest conducting the repair of Storyline.
