Missing fonts in font selector

Hi,
I have a variety of fonts in my system that are not always accessible in the storyline drop-down.
Take the Avenir Next font as an example. My client uses Avenir Bold for all title cases, yet I cannot access it inside Storyline. I have tried faux bolding both Avenir Regular & Avenir Medium, but neither look too much like the font required.
This is just one example, however i have experienced this previously in the past with different fonts also.
Any support you could offer would be great.

This is a windows issue the font handler will only display 4 font styles, items such as bold, italic are used for the styles from the text editing toolbar, if you add bold it will use the bold font instead of adding a bold style to the normal font

What's unusual is that no matter what style font I select, and apply bold from the toolbar, it still does not mirror the actual display of Avenir Next Bold. I have also tried with both modern text turned on and off.

It should be work but depends also on how storyline then handles the fonts and how it packages the fonts, it maybe it doesnt package the bold. Maybe needs a support case.
