I am unable to find the Form View on my question slides. I am using an E-Learning Heroes template and when I dropped it into my presentation, the Slide View is the only thing that shows. Please assist me in finding a way to bring back Form View. I have attached a screen shot.
Great question! This specific course is built with slides and variables to replace the default question types. (Graded Questions, Survey Questions, and Freeform Questions)
These three question types are created with additional formatting which is why there is Form View and Slide View. This is a customized quiz with its own variables in place so it has the same properties as a regular slide.

You can use insert freeform to convert into a question
