Been trying to find what has gone wrong here for a while...
I have saved a theme from one project that I wish to apply to another project.
However, when I 'Browse for theme' and select the theme from my files on the new project, the theme loads without two of the images from the slide master that appear on the original project.
I can see that it has loaded in the pictures in some form as I can see them on the timeline, and I can select them on the slide, but they appear as completely white/blank spaces.
When saving the design theme, is it stored on a network drive? If so, it is best to save content on your local hard drive. Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause erratic behavior to occur due to latency.
If that isn't the case, may I ask if you could share your design theme with me so I could look into this further? You can share files in this thread, or you're always welcome to share them privately here. I'll let you know my findings and will delete it after having a closer look!
