I apologize, I'm having a little trouble following your description.
It sounds like you recently downloaded the latest update for Storyline (Update 5) and after doing so, you're not seeing the logo for your project on the iPad in the Articulate Mobile Player. However, it also sounds like the logo is visible when viewing on your PC.
Is that about right?
If so, are you able to share a link to your project and/or the .story file, so we can take a look at what's happening?
You may also want to make sure that you're using the most recent version of both Storyline and the Articulate Mobile Player.

Hi Christine,
I using the most recent version of both Storyline and the Articulate Mobile Player.
When the user opens by PC, the logo appears.
When the user opens the course with the app to articulate the logo disappears.
