When I insert a marker onto a particular slide the title/description box doesn't pop up. It shows up in the preview and works fine on othe slides, but not this one. It's happened before in another presentation and I just omitted the marker but I'd like to know what's going on. Any ideas?
for the marker not displaying properly check the Format tab to see if the Audio Only option is checked. This will allow a marker to display on screen without the popup box.
Please confirm that you are working locally as described here. You could also try to create a new slide and copy the content into this slide and re add the marker. It is possible that slide may have become corrupted.
