When viewing a training module in Story View, all slides appear to display correctly and all triggers are in good working order. However, when I either Preview (the Scene or Entire Project) or Publish (LMS Tin Can API), some slides are out of sequence and others are missing. Why is this happening?
Hi, Rob -- First, I wanted to check: are you testing your publishing output in the intended environment?
And also, could you please check that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Currently, the published output resides on my hard drive, although I do plan to host it on a SharePoint drive for employees to access it. Importing the file into a new Storyline file seems to work! I am currently working off the version we purchased (Update 4: 1501.717) since only our IT department is allowed to install / download software updates.
