I am working on a couple of quizzes in articulate. The submit button is selected on the settings for each quiz. However, when I publish the activity the submit button doesn't work which also doesn't allows the ability to select submit and receive feedback.

You mentioned the problem happens when you publish the course. Does the same problem happen when you preview the course in Storyline?
