I have downloaded storyline and i'm currently using the free trial. I recorded my screen and inserted into a presentation. When i published the video is not present??? is this because i am using the free trail?
The trial version is the same as the full version, so that shouldn't be the issue. Just to be sure, did you record and insert your screen recording using the steps described here?
