Mobile Landscape Broken!?! Published Modern Menu (Menu & Controls Off)

I'm sorry you're running into this issue, but I appreciate you sharing the details of what you see. A few questions to dig further:

• Are you publishing to the web, to an LMS, or Review 360?
• Are you using Android or iOS to view the course?

This will help us in determining the next steps. We look forward to hearing back!

1) Review 360 (see attached screen shot) ... Client had same problem publishing to a different hosting environment.

2) I checked on Android, client checked on iPhone ... same problem on both

Thank you for sharing those details with us! 

I created a sample course and applied the same settings to see if I could recreate this. The issue occurred for me when I set the Menu & Controls to off and then published the course to Review 360. Our team is currently investigating this issue, so I will be sure to include this thread in our report. 

In the meantime, a couple of workarounds that I hope will help is to: 

• Revert to version 3.39.22088.0 of Storyline 360. This guide provides more details on how to do this here: How to Install a Previous Version of an App
• Another option is to turn the Menu & Player Controls back on.

I wanted to let you know that we've released the fix for the bug you've reported! We just shipped Storyline 360 Update 41 (Build 3.41.22450.0) today.

Fixed: When courses with all player controls turned off were viewed on mobile devices, content shifted to the right side of the screen, and videos didn't fill the screen.

All you need to do is update your Articulate 360 desktop app to make sure you're using Storyline 360 Update 41 (Build 3.41.22450.0). Head over here to see the features and fixes included in this version.
