Mobile Learning - Articulate Storyline 3

Our company has recently expressed an interest for contractors (outside our organisation) to start completing inductions offsite before arriving onsite at our shipping terminals.

If anyone has had experience  or is prepared to share stories about what to look out for in terms of stepping outside of the safe organisational Standard Operating Environment, I would be most grateful.

Maybe I'm overthinking this but it appears to be opening up a lot of risk including;

Browser compatibility: Will my eLearning work on Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge and others?

Design size: Will published files work on every device from an iPhone / Tablet to a Personal Computer / Mac with a large monitor?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I move into unchartered waters.
