Mobile Player doesn't work

This is more like a group of problems than a single problem so I don't know if it can be solved or is the 360 mobile player simply broken. The course works fine in the browser in a desktop computer, but on a tablet (tested with Microsoft Surface and Apple iPad) or a mobile phone (tested with iphone, android) it is slow, sound lags if plays at all, fonts are loaded some of the time, on the surface-tablet you could not even start the course because the you could not press the player star screen 'play'-icon. Additional problems include (but not limited to) URL-links being unresponsive, course crashing if orientation is changed, videos flashing or being frozen. In one test the whole course was scrambled the whole layout being on the fringes of the screen.

So my question is could I have done something wrong at the export? (export for mobile was checked) Or is the course simply too heavy with the videos to be played smoothly on mobile?

Hello Reeta,

Thanks for sharing your file here. I tested the published file on mobile and tablet using this link to the published output, and I did see issues with broken links and frozen videos. I didn't however see any issues with the audio. At this point it would be most helpful if our engineers could poke around in the file a little to troubleshoot the issues you're seeing on your end. If you do decide to open a case, you can let me know the case number here and I'll be sure to follow along with it as well! :)
