I just updated the mobile player, and since then my Storyline content isn't loading into it. It will launch the player via the story.html and then ioslaunch.html file, but then it just stalls on a screen that says NO CONTENT, with a spinning loading circle.
I've checked and reexported and reuploaded the project several times.
Has there been any other reports of issues? Any ideas?
I haven't seen a report of this issue. Where are you loading your content to (an LMS, website, etc.)? Have you tried loading it to a site such as Tempshare to see if it's how the LMS is communicating with the mobile player, or the mobile player itself? If you'd like to share a link to your published output and the .story file I am happy to test on my iPad as well to help us narrow down if it's iPad specific, LMS specific or course specific. You can also share it privately by connecting with our Support team here.
I'm using an Ipad 1 with iOS 5.1.1. I'm guessing that could be involved. We'll be getting a newer model next week, but I'm happy for you to have a look on yours also and see if it works.
I just tested this on my iPad mini running iOS6 and the file you made worked fine and opened in the Mobile player. You should be able to view the courses within the iPad1 per the system requirements here.

Hi Ashley,
I was just testing via our website. We aren't up and running with our LMS yet, we are trialling storyline as
an option for our course creation.
So to keep troubleshooting simple I just did a test with only a couple of slides and text; and it didn't launch in the Mobile player either.
