The play/pause/seekbar displays on the bottom for me as well when viewing on a mobile device and this is what I see in the preview as well.

But i use Moove theme, don't know if work with other theme. And i publish in 1280x720, if you have other size maybe you must play a little bit with this: height:90vh!important; and this max-height:900px;. If you have any problems write it, maybe I can help you.

Hi, thank you for the reply but i resolved it. There was an "height" css style setted by moodle or moodle theme on the scorm player.
Hi, could tell what and where you changed? I have similar issue. Thanks!
Sure, i put this css:
/*scorm player*/
div#scorm_layout{
height:90vh!important;
min-height:200px;
max-height:900px;
}
/*scorm player*/
But i use Moove theme, don't know if work with other theme. And i publish in 1280x720, if you have other size maybe you must play a little bit with this: height:90vh!important; and this max-height:900px;. If you have any problems write it, maybe I can help you.
Thank you Daniel! :) Which file in SCORM package you changed?
No change in the scorm package, i changed the css of the LMS (mine is moodle).
Thanks, Daniel for adding those details here for others!
