In testing our video, which has been uploaded to our company website, we found that on one tester's GalaxyS the video didn't auto resize to fit the screen in portrait mode. In landscape mode it was okay. On iPhone and iPad, we did not have this issue. Ideas? I've attached a screenshot of how it looks on his phone.
The Android platform is not one that is currently supported although things may work in some instances. If it's something you'd like to see if future releases you can share that with our Development team here.
Lara, I don't know if this helps in your particular case, but you might want to check your Browser settings in the Player Properties. It's been a while since I tested Storyline on an Android device, but I do remember having a similar issue. My test device was a Galaxy SII. After selecting these browser settings:
Michael, thanks for the suggestion of changing those browser settings. I didn't realize those were there. It seems to be working. I changed Browser Size to "Display at user's current browser size", and Player Size to "Scale player to fill browser window."
